At Fooso, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
🔄 Our 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice are intact
- The product is not from the non-returnable category (see below)
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged or broken upon delivery
- Defective or not functioning as described
- Incorrect (wrong item or wrong variant sent)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue at foososupport@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. After successful inspection:
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card, etc.)
- Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit for faster resolution
- You will be notified via email once your refund is processed
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. If you'd like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your refund is processed.

To start a return, simply:

- Attach clear photos or a video of the product (required for damaged/defective claims)
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
